Sliced Apple Salad
3 large red apples
1 cream cheese
2 tbsp currant jelly
2 tbsp minced raisins
1 - Core but do not peel the apples.
2 - Slice crossways 1/2" thick. Cream together with the cheese, jelly and raisins.
3 - Spread the apple slices with this.
4 - Moisten the cress with the dressing; and place a handful on each plate.
5 - Lay the apple slices beside this. They may be garnished further with whole raisins.
