Swedish Apricot Tart
1 - Line a pie plate with the pstry; crimp the edges with the fingers.
2 - Combine the sugar, apricots, lemon juice, nuts and orange rind.
3 - Dust the bottom of the pie plate with th crumbs and spread in the apricot mixture.
4 - Then cut long narrow strips of pastry; and roll them lightly as you would a hem.
5 - Place these criss-cross fashion over the top of the pie; taqking care not to
stretch them too tight.
6 - Bake 30 minutes in a hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees F.
