Frosted Fudge Pie
1 - Melt the chocolate in the milk. Stir together the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla.
2 - Add the chocolate mixture; and cool. Line a pie plate with crust and build up the edges.
3 - Pour in the cooled chocolate mixture; and bake in a hot oven, 375 degrees F. until firm and
a knife when inserted comes out clean.
4 - Cover with a meringe made of the remaining egg whites and bake 12 minutes longer with the oven at 325 degrees F.
