Sour Cream Pie
1 - Line the pie plate with the pastry. Beat the egg yolkm until light and creamy;
and gradually beat in the sugar, cornstarch, salt and orange rind.
2 - Add the sour cream; pour into the lined pie plate, and bake in a hot oven, 375 degrees F.
until the filling is barely firm.
3 - hen cover with a meringe made of the remaining ingredients; and bake in a slow oven,
325 degrees F. until the meringe is brown.
4 - Serve cold.
