Orange Chiffon Pie
1 - Combine the flour and sugar; and mix to a thin paste in cold water.
2 - Add the boiling water and cook and stir until thick.
3 - Separate the eggs andn beat the yolks with the fruit juice, orange rind and salt.
4 - dd to the first mixture and fold in the egg whites, whipped stiff.
5 - Transfer to a pie plate lined with the pastry rolled thin; and bake
in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
