Raspberry Jelly Pie
1 pkg prepared raspberry gelatin
1 cp ice water
1 cp raspberries
1 pie crust shell
sweetened shipped cream
1 - First make the filling. To do this, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in a cup of boiling water.
2 - When completely dissolved, add a cup of ice water; and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3 - When beginning to congeal, whip in the raspberries, using an egg beater.
4 - Pour into the pie shell; and return to the refrigerator to set.
5 - Just before serving, pile the whiopped cream on top; and garnish with whole raspberries.
