3 cps thick cooked rhubarb
1/3 cp minced walnuts
1 - The rhubarb should be stewed down until very thick and should be well sweetened.
2 - Add the nuts when cold. Prpare the chopped pastry; line muffin pans and almost fill
with the rhubarb mixture.
3 - Place crisscross strips of the pastry over the top, lattice fashion.
4 - Bake 25 minutes in a hot oven, 400 degrees F.
