Fresh Strawberry Cream Tarts
1 pt strawberries
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 pt heavy cream
4 baked tart shells
1 - Hull, wash and slice the berries.
2 - Add sugar and let stand 15 minutes.
3 - Whip the cream and fold in the strawberries.
4 - Just before serving, fill the tart shells with the strawberry cream
5 - Serve at once.
