1 cp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cp chopped pecans
1/2 cp fine graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp baking powder
Lady Roosevelt Icing
1 - Separate the eggs; beat the yolks until light and thick.
2 - Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla; and beat until creamy.
3 - Fold in the pecans, the cracker crumbs and baking powder and last the egg whites, whipped stiff.
4 - Transfer to an oiled spring pan; and bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F.
5 - Cool and cover with Lady Roosevelt Icing
