1 cp sugar
1/3 cp water
1 egg white
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cp stewed sweetened rhubarb
1 - Boil the sugar and water together until the syrup spins a thread; and slowly pour
the egg white, whipped stiff, with the salt.
2 - Continue beating until the mixture thickens; and add the cooked rhubarb shich should be well drained.
