French Chocolate Icing
3 squares cooking chocolate
1 tbspm butter
2 tbsp top cream or evaporated milk
1 1/2 cps sifted confectioners' sugar
1 - Melt the chocolate; add the butter and top cream; and beat until cool.
2 - Gradually add the confectioners' sugar; and beat until thick and smooth.
3 - Spread between and on top of layers.
