2 cps diced rhubarb
1 cp sugar
2 tbsp milk (additional)
2 tbsp sugar (additional)
1 - Prpare the biscuit dough; and transfer to a board dusted with flour.
2 - Roll to a rectangular shape 1/4" in thickness.
3 - Combine the rhubarb and 1 cup of sugar; and place in the center of the biscuit dough.
4 - Fold over the dough to form a roll, fastening the edges by moistening with aq little water and pressing together.
5 - Place folded side down on a n oiled shallow pan. Brush with milk and sprinkle with the 2 tbsp sugar.
6 - Bake in a very hot oven, 425 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
7 - Cut in slices and serve with hard sauce.
