1/2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Heat a baking dish; put in the butter; and when it has melted, rotate the dish so the bottom and sides will be oiled.
2 - Separate the eggs; beat the yolks until thick and lemon colored; and gradually beat in the sugar and lemon juice.
3 - Fold in the egg white, whipped stiff and transfer to the baking dish.
4 - Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until firm in the center and brown on top.
5 - Serve immediately
