Ginger Ale Jelly
2 tbsp gelatin softened in 1/2 cp orange juice
1/2 cp sugar
1 bottle ginger ale(1 1/2 cps)
juice 2 lemons
1 cp water
1 cp grape juice
few grains salt
1 - Melt the softened gelatin over steam; add the sugar and the remaining ingredients,
and turn into a ring mould rinsed with cold water.
2 - When firm, unmould and fill the center with any mixture of sweetened fruits, or
with sweetened whipped cream, to which chopped preserved ginger has been added.
