Creamy Rice Pudding
1/4 cp rice
1/2 cp sugar
3/8 tsp salt
4 cps cold milk
1/3 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1 - Mix the ingredients together; bring to the boiling point, stirring often.
2 - Transfer to a pudding dish; cover; and cook 2 hrs ijn a very slow oven, 325 degrees F.
3 - Serve plaing, or with crushede fresh fruit and light cream.
