Graham Marshmallow Custards
1 1/2 cps milk
3 crumbled graham crackers
2 tbsp sugar
a few grains salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
8 quartered marshmallows
1 - Scald the milk; and pour over the graham cracker crumbs.
2 - Beat the eggs; add the sugar, salt, and vanilla; and combine with the first mixture.
3 - Fold in the marshmallows; and transfer to 1 large dish or 4 small oiled custard cups.
4 - Place in a pan of hot water; and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until firm.
5 - Cool and serve
