Fried Orange Slices
2 large, seedless, thin skinned oranges
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp sugar
fine graham cracker crumbs
1 - Wash the oranges; and cut in scant 1/4" slices.
2 - Dip in the flour combined with the sugar and then in the egg slightly beaten.
3 - Roll in the cracker crumbs; and fry in butter or vegetable fat until brown on one side.
4 - Thrn turn and brown on the other.
5 - Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
