1 lb rhubarb
1/2 cp water
1 cp sugar
1 tbsp granulated gelatin
1 - Wash and dice the rhubarb; and combine with the water and sugar.
2 - Heat to the boiling point and simmer until the rhubarb is tender.
3 - Add the gelatin which has been softened in 2 tbsp cold water; and rub through a sieve.
4 - There should be 2 cups.
5 - Transfer to small moulds rinsed with cold water; cool and chill.
6 - Unmould and serve with top cream or sliced bananas.
