Frozen Peaches and Cream
1 quart very ripe peaches
1 1/2 cps sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/3 cps rich cream
1 - Peel and sieve the peaches.
2 - Add the sugar and lemon juice.
3 - Fold in the cream, shipped stiff; and freeze in th tray of a mechanical refrigerator
allowing from 2 or 3 hours.
4 -Stir thoroughly every 15 minutes for the first hour.
