Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream
2/3 cp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cp water
1 cp strawberries
1/4 cp powdered sugar
1 cp heavy cream
1 - Combine the condensed milk and water; and mix until blended.
2 - Add the strawberries which have been washed, hulled, and mashed with sugar.
3 - Chill; and flod in the cream beaten until thick.
4 - Transfer to the freezing tray of a mechanical refrigerator; and freeze for 1 or 2 hours or until of a mushy consistency.
5 - Remove from the tray; beat with an egg beater until smooth; and return to the freezing tray.
6 - Continue freezing for an hour or until the ice cream is firm enough to serve.
