1/3 cp quick cooking tapioca
1 1/3 cps water
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cp sugar
juice 1/2 lemon
1 (No.2) can shredded pineapple and juice
1 -Combine the tapioca, water, salt and sugar; and cook together in the top of a double boiler.
stirring frequently until the tapioca is clear.
2 - Add the remaining ingredients; and continue cooking about 10 minutes to blend.
3 - Cool; serve in sherbet glasses with shredded orange sauce.
