1 pkg prepared lemon gelatin
1 egg white
1 -Dissolve the gelatin as described on the package; and set aside to cool.
2 - When the gelatin starts to thicken. beat with an egg beater until frothy;
then fold in the egg white, whipped stiff.
3 -Transfer to one large, or 4 small dessert dishes; and chill until firm.
4 - Serve with custard sauce, plain or whipped cream, or sweetened shredded oranges or preserved fruit.
