Fresh Peach Ice Cream
2/3 cp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cp water
1 cp crushed fresh peaches
1/4 cp powdered sugar
1 cpm heavy cream
1 - Combine the condensed milk and water; and mix until blended.
2 - Add the peaches combined with the sugar; blend, and chill.
3 - Fold in the cream, beaten until thick; and transfer to the freezing tray of a mechanical refrigerator.
4 - Freeze for 1 hour, or until of a mushy consistency.
5 - Remove from the tray; beat with an egg beater until smooth; and return to the freezing tray.
6 - Continue freezing for 1 hour, or until firm enough to serve.
