3 qts raspberries
1 1/2 qts mild vinegar
1 - Pick over and wash the rs=aspberries.
2 - Crush them in a crock or earthenware bowl; add the vinegar, cover and let stand 2 days in a cold place.
3 - Strain and measure. To each pint of juice add 2 cps granulated sugar.
4 - Bring slowly to the boiling point; boil 5 minutes; skim; turn into sterilized jars or bottles,filling them
full to overflowing; and seal.
5 - To make the drink, use from 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls to a glass of fresh or charged water.
