Christmas Peppermint Patties
oil of peppermint
tiny red candies
bits of citron
1 - Prepare creamy or quick fondant; and flavor while moulding with 2 or 3 drops of oil of peppermint. Use it sparingly.
2 - Put the fondant on a board lightly dusted with sifted confectioners' sugar; and dust the fondant with sugar.
3 - Roll it to 1/4" in thickness; shape into rounds with a small biscuit cutter.
4 - Decorate each with a spray of holly made of the red candies and citron.
