Baked Boston Brown Bread
2 1/2 cps buttermilk
1/2 cp dark molasses
1/2 cp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soda
1 tbsp corn starch
4 1/2 cps graham flour
1 - Mix dry ingredients together, add molasses and buttermilk.
2 - Last of all the raisins (either seeded or sedless may be used).
3 - Pour into well greased tins (round coffee tins are nice if you have them)
4 - Bake in slow oven for 1 1/4 hours (325 degrees F.)
