Easy No Knead Rolls
1 cp milk
1/2 cp shortening
1/2 cp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 or 2 cakes yeast
3 beaten eggs
4 1/2 cps flour
1 - Scald milk, add Crisco, sugar and salt..
2 - Cool to lukewarm and add crumbled yeast.
3 - Stir until softened.
4 - Add eggs to this mixture and stir into flour.
5 - Mix to smooth soft dough.
6 - Place in greased bowl, covered and let rise until double.
7 - Divide into thirds, roll out third as pie and cut in to 12 wedges.
8 - Butter and roll to point of wedge.
9 - Let rise again until double and bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Very easy to make and good.
