Sea Foam Candy
2 cps light brown sugar
1 cp cold water
white of 1 egg
1 - Boil sugar and water until it crackles in cold water.
2 - When syrup is done, pour slowly into the white of egg shich had been beaten stiff.
3 - Beat until cool and drop on to wax paper or a buttered pan.
4 - Nuts may be added if desired.
