1 pkg lemon jello
1 cp boiling water
1 cp crushed pineapple juice and pulp
2 cps crea,. whipped
1/2 cp almonds
1/2 cp marischino cherries
1 cp marshmnallows, diced
1 cp macaroons, crushed
1 - Fold in 1 cup whipped cream to jello and pineapple (when cooled) and beat with egg beater.
2 - Put 1/2 of mixture in glass bread dish.
3 - Let set a little then pour the other cup of whipped cream into almonds-cherries-marshmallow and macaroon mixture.
4 - Pour this mixture over the first mixture.
5 - Then pour the other half of jello mixture on top.
6 - Leave to set.
7 - Cut in slices.
8 - May serve on lettuce leaf.
