Pineapple Icebox Dessert
1/4 lb butter or oleo
No. 2 can (drained) crushed pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb vanilla wafers
1 cp sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 - Cream butter and sugar, beat eggs separately then add.
2 - Put half vanilla wafers on bottom of greased pan, egg mix on top, then crushed pineapple,
whipped cream, then vanilla wafers.
3 - Freeze for 24 hours.
