Lemon Cake Pie
1 cp sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
3 eggs, separated
juice and rind of a lemon
1 cp milk
1 - Cream sugar, flour, butter, salt, and stir in beaten yolks.
2 - Add juice and rind, add milk slowly.
3 - Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in.
4 - Pour into 9 inch unbaled pie shell.
5 - Bake about 1 hour in oven 350 degrees.
