Apple Crumble Pudding
1 cp flour
1/2 cp butter or oleo
1/2 cp sugar (b rown or white)
4 apples (4 cps pared and sliced
1 - Blend flour, butter, and sugar with pastry blender or fingers to form a crumbly mass.
2 - Slice apples into a buttered baking dish; cover with flour mixture.
3 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) until apples are tender and the crust is brown.
4 - About 45 minutes.
5 - Serve with creamj or plain.
