Chocolate Icebox Pudding
1/2 cp sugar
1 sq chocolate
1 tsp gelatin
3 tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 dozen lady fingers
1 - Beat egg yolks until thick.
2 - Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water.
3 - Add half gelatin mixture and half sugar to melted chocolate,
then add chocolate mixture and remaining gelatin and sugar to egg yolks.
5 - Add vanilla.
6 - Line a pint mold with lady fingers or cake, and pour on mixture and chill 24 hours.
7 - Unmold an d garnish with whipped cream.
8 - Sprinkle nuts over cream.
