6 egg whites, beaten good (but not dry)
1 1/2 cps sugar
1/3 cp water
1 - Let sugar and water boil till threads, beat into egg whites until cold.
2 - Add beaten yolks, beat again.
1 1/2 cps swansdown flour (before sifting) 3/4 tsp cream tartar (salt).
Flavor - vanilla and lemon or almond.
