Soak 1 tbsp gelatin in 1/3 cp pineapple juice.
3 egg yolks
1/4 cp sugar
1/4 cp pineapple juice
1 - Cook in top of double boiler beating constantly with hand beater.
2 - When thickened, stir in the gelatin mixture and cool.
3 - Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites to which you have added 1/4 cp sugar.
4 - Fill your baked pie shell.
5 - Chill and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
6 - Garnish with pineapple slices.
