Pumpkin Cream Pie
3/4 cp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger nutmeg
1/2 tsp1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 - Stir in 2 cps Pet Milk and 1 cp pumpkin.
2 - Cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.
3 - Stir and remove from heat and stir into 2 beaten egg yolks and return to heat
and cook two minutes longer, stirring constantly.
4 - Cool and put in baked pastry shell.
5 - Make a meringue of the two egg whites and put on top and brown at 300 degrees.
6 - Makes a large pie and is super.
