Frosted Melon Mold
curly endive or chicory
French or mayonnaise dressing
1 - Peel a whole melon.
2 - Cut a slice from end and remove seeds.
3 - Fill center with fruit gelatin and refrigerate until gelatin is firm.
4 - Slightly soften cheese with milk and frost the entire outside of melon.
5 - Serve in slices on crisp endive or chicory, with dressing
