Under the Sea Salad
1 lime Jello
1 1/2 cps boiling water
1/2 cp pear juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
2 cps pears, diced
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 - Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
2 - Add pear juice, vinegar, and salt.
3 - Pour 1/2 inch layer in loaf pan 5 x 9 x 2.
4 - Chill until firm.
5 - Chill remaining Jello until cold and syrupy.
6 - Place in bowl of cracked ice or water and whip until fluffy like whipped cream.
7 - Cream cheese well, and fold into whipped Jello and add pears.
8 - Pour over firm first layer and chill until firm.
