1 pt oysters
6 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
1 pt rich milk
1 -Take 1 pt oysters and let them heat in their own liquor.
2 - When the edges curl, put them with a sauce made as follows:
rub together until smooth 6 tbsp flour and 4 tbsp butter and add to 1 pt rich milk heated to the boiling point;
let the milk cook for 10 or 15 minutes before combining with oysters. 3 - Season with salt and pepper.
