Corned Beef Hash
1 - Chop and mix together equal parts of cold corned beef and boiled potatoes.
2 - Add seasoning of salt and pepper and, if desired, a bit of onion juice.
3 - Put the mixture in a frying pan in whidh a tbsp of butter has beenn melted.
4 - Add a little water if more moisture is needed.
5 - Cover the pan and let the hash cook slowly, 1/2 hour.
6 - It may be served on bttered toast with poached eggs crowning the top.
