1 - A good filling for sandwiches may be made by taking cold cooked ham, mincing it and pounding it in a mortar.
2 - Then for seasoning add a little mustard, cayenne pepper andmace.
3 - Let it heat in the oven in a baking dish for 1/2 hour.
4 - Keep it in small stone jars sealed with paraffin.
