1 cp milk
1 - If the sausages are in skins, prick them with a steel carving fork before cooking.
2 - Have the frying pan hot and cook the sausages until they are brown.
3 - When they have been taken from the pan, pour out all but a little of the fat.
4 - Into what is left stir 1 tbsp flour.
5 - After it has cooked 1 minute, pour in slowly 1 cp milk, stirring steadily, and let it
boil up until creamy, then add salt and pepper.
6 - When sausage meat is used, it must be shaped into balls before frying.
