1/2 cp celery, cut small
1 cp hot milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 - Cook until tender in salted boiling water 1/2 cp celery cut small.
2 - Put with it 1 cp hot milk and thicken with 1 tbsp flour rubbed smooth
in 1 tbsp butter, adding seasoning of salt and pepper.
3 - Let it heat to the boiling-point before serving.
