Scalloped Cabbage II
1 pint boiled cabbage
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cps milk
buttered bread crumbs
1 - Take 1 pint cold boiled cabbage andn chop it.
2 - Into 1 tbsp melted butter stir 2 tbsp flour, with salt and pepper to taste.
3 - Then ad 2 cps milk and let it cook 5 minutes.
4 - Pour this sauce over the chopped cabbage in a buttered baking dish and cover the top with buttered bread crumbs.
5 - Bake in the oven until brown.
