Carrots and Peas with Green Mint
2 cps cooked carrots
1 cp cooked peas
small bunch of green mint
1 - Take 2 cps cooked carrots cut in cubes and 1 cp cooked peas, and let them boil
with the leaves from a small bunch of fresh mint for 5 minutes.
2 - After draining them, season with salt and pepper and a spronkling of sugar, and add plenty of butter.
3 - Let them stand in the oven until sugar has melted, then serve adding a garnish of fresh mint leaves, if desired
