Corn Fritters II
6 ears pf raw corn, grated, or 1 can corn, strained.
yolks of 2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp milk
beaten whites of 2 eggs
1 - Use 6 ears of raw corn, grated or 1 can corn, strained.
2 - Beat the yolks of 2 eggs and add them to the corn, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp flour stirred well
into 3 tbsp milk, putting in last the beaten whites of the eggs.
3 - Teaspoonful by teaspoonful drop the mixture into deep hot fat or into a greased frying-pan.
4 - Drain on paper before serving with syrup.
