2 cps corn, grated from the cob, or the same amount of canned corn.
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 - Take 2 cps corn grated from the cob, or the same amount of canned corn, and add to it 2 eggs, well beaten
(whites and yolks separately).
2 - 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp butter and sufficient seasoning of salt and pepper.
3 - Drop by spoonfuls, about the size of large oysters, into hot fat or fry on a griddle well greased.
