2 cps grated corn
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 beaten eggs
2 cps milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 - Use 2 cps grated corn, either fresh or canned.
2 - Add to the corn 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 3 beaten eggs, 2 cps milk, and 1 tbsp melted butter,
and stir them together thoroughly.
3 - Bake in a moderate oven for about 40 minutes or until firm.
4 - It is best to let the greased baking dish containing the pudding stand in a pan of hot water while baking.
