1 qt kohl-rabi
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 - Take 1 qt. kohl-rabi.
2 - Cut off the leaves or tops, and cook them separately in boiling water, salting when partly cooked.
3 - But first wash and peel the kohl-rabi root and cut it in slices.
4 - Let them cook until tender in boiling wat4er, tow which salt has been added when partly cooked.
5 - When the greens have cooked tender and been drained, chop them fine in a wooden bowl.
6 - Heat 2 tbsp butter, adding to it 2 tbsp flour.
7 - To this add the chopped greens with 1 cp of the water in which the kohl-rabi has been boiled.
8 - Then put in the rest of the kohl-rabi and cook all together before serving.
