2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cps milk
1 yolk of egg
1 - After washing and paring 6 kohl-rabi, cut them into cubes or 1/2" size.
2 - In boiling water enough to cover them let them cook until tender, adding salt when they are partly cooked.
3 - When they are done, drain and slightly dry them before serving with a white sauce made fro 2 tbsp butter,
2 tbsp flour, 2 cps milk, seasoning of salt and paprika, and 1 yolk of egg stirred in after the other ingredients are well mixed.
